Enjoy your day tour visiting the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) located at Al Fustat. It’s the first Egyptian capital after the Arab Islamic conquest, So it was a logical choice for the museum site. The location overlooks Lake Ain El-Sira, the last natural lake in Cairo.
The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization has become recently the new and permanent home for 22 royal mummies and 17 royal coffins dating back to the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th Dynasties. 18 of the mummies are for kings, while 4 belong to queens after the whole world witnessed the Pharaoh’s Golden parade of the ancient kings and queens of Egypt on the 3rd of April 2021.
You can also see that the NMEC is dedicated to the entirety of the Egyptian Civilization where more than 50,000 aircraft.
After that, you will get to visit Coptic Cairo, where you will enjoy a walk through the old streets exploring Abu Serga Church. The Church was built over a crypt in which the Holy Family took shelter during their stay in Egypt. The Hanging church was probably founded in the ninth century, so it is not the oldest of Coptic Cairo’s half-dozen ancient churches, but it is arguably the most beautiful. Visit the synagogue of Ben Ezra it was founded in the 9th century and remodeled in the 12th by Abraham Ben Ezra, Rabbi of Jerusalem).

Started with an on time arrival at our location on the Corniche followed by an exceptionally well planned day seeing the highlights in Alexandria. Really knowledgeable about history and answered all our questions at the sites we visited and even sights we didn’t. He took us to places we would have never found in our own and shared very specific details from various scholars and archaeologists. Our Seafood lunch was very tasty and a nice time to relax.
