Cancelation Policy

Flexible Cancellation Policy

We will always understanding your circumstances cause you to have to cancel your holiday.

1. Day tour or activity cancellation and refunds:

1. In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the total tour price.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before departure: 80% refund of the total tour price.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 5 days before departure: 70% refund of the total tour price.
  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

2.1. Any cancellation request must be made in writing and will only be effective upon receipt by Cairo Private Tours.
3.1. Please note that certain services, such as flights or train tickets, may have separate cancellation policies imposed by the respective service providers.

2. Travel package Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package price.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
