1.1. To secure your reservation, a deposit of 10% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in cash to our tour guide during the tour.

1.2. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Please note that any additional fees or charges incurred during the payment process are the responsibility of the customer.

1.3. Tour prices are in USD but € and £ are also accepted. The prices quoted per person per tour all inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the lowest price possible. Once your tour is confirmed we guarantee the price will not be changed.

2.1. In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the total tour price.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before departure: 80% refund of the total package price.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 5 days before departure: 70% refund of the total package price.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

2.2. Any cancellation request must be made in writing and will only be effective upon receipt by Cairo Private Tours.
2.3. Please note that certain services, such as flights or train tickets, may have separate cancellation policies imposed by the respective service providers.

3.1. In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package price.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

4.1. Cairo Private Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other situation beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide alternative options or a full refund.
4.2. Any changes or amendments requested by the customer after the booking confirmation may incur additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but cannot guarantee availability or feasibility.

5.1. We highly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect themselves against any unforeseen.

• We assure you that we will always be aware of the departure time of the cruise, and make sure you return at a suitable time.
• As a Guarantee, if you miss your cruise because of something related to us, we shall be responsible for your accommodation, flight, or transfer to the following port or Airport.
• Egyptian entry visa obtainable on-board the cruise or airport integrations, before your pick up, that is operating by the Egyptian Immigration to all passengers of the cruise.
• Security is provided for all the tourists that arrive in Egypt NOT provided by the cruise line the Airport or us, it is provided by the Egyptian government. Thus there will be a guard on the bus and police/army vehicles in front and behind and it is all up to the authorities organization.
• You need to create an account and provide information about yourself to use some of the features on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
