Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour are all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the lowest price possible. Once your tour is confirmed we guarantee the price will not be changed. 

Children Policy

0 – 05.99 Free of Charge
6 – 11.99 pay 50% of the tour price
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for the child rate may apply.

Deposit and Payment

We are offering a low down payment of just 50% to secure your seats on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to one week prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, making your booking a risk-free investment.

Tour Voucher

After your tour is confirmed we will email the final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

Cairo Private Tours does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions canceled for ‘force Majeure reasons such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or reasons beyond control. If cancellation happens due to personal or business reasons and Cairo Private Tours has already incurred costs on your behalf, these costs will be transferred to you.

Cairo Private Tours offers a very flexible cancellation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and destination. Exceptional hospitality with comfort
Such a great experience. Started with an on time arrival at our location on the Corniche followed by an exceptionally well planned day seeing the highlights in Alexandria. Really knowledgeable about history and answered all our questions at the sites we visited and even sights we didn’t. He took us to places we would have never found in our own and shared very specific details from various scholars and archaeologists. Our Seafood lunch was very tasty and a nice time to relax. Fascinating land of the pharoahs
From the moment we touched down at Alexandria Airport, our guide Tarek was there to receive us and took us throughout our 3 day Alexandria/Cairo tour. What else can I say about Egypt that everyone else has said except that it was the best trip ever to just be immersed in the so rich culture. Everything was so rich and deep. The people especially, the smells, sounds, the mesmerizing sites. All so stimulating. I can never top this trip if it hadn’t been for our guide Tarek and Cairo Private Tours. Amazing!
We were in Egypt for 2 weeks and had an amazing trip! The private trip was planned perfectly and we had a wonderful time! All I did was tell them what all we wanted to do and they took care of the rest! Itinerary planning, bookings, cars, guides.. everything! Our guides Khalefa in Cairo and surrounding areas, Nagah in Luxor and Aladdin in Aswan and Abu Simbel were exceptional! We felt treated like family! What a memorable time!! 100% recommend!!
