Thank you for choosing Cairo Private Tours for your travel needs. Before proceeding with your booking, we kindly request you to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking Process:
1.1. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your departure date.
1.2. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
1.3. All payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Please note that additional charges may apply for credit card payments.
1.4. Upon receipt of your deposit or full payment, we will send you a confirmation email with all the necessary details regarding your booking.

2. Travel package Cancellation and Refunds:
2.1. In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:
– Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 70% refund of the total package price.
– Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package price.
– Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
2.2. Any cancellation request must be made in writing and will only be effective upon receipt by Egypt Travel.
2.3. Please note that certain services, such as flights or train tickets, may have separate cancellation policies imposed by the respective service providers.

3. Changes and Amendments:
3.1. Any changes or amendments to your booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
3.2. Cairo Private Tours reserves the right to charge an administration fee for any changes made to your booking.

  Comfortable, flat (preferably covered) shoes are needed for the Pyramids and Valley of the Kings. Pack flip flops/sandals to wear aboard the Nile felucca or Nile Cruiser.
