In Abydos you will get to see its famous temple, constructed by Seti I in honor of Osiris. In this temple, you can’t only find important scenes from the life of Seti I and Ramses II, but also the famous Royal Lists, with the names of the 77 kings of Egypt from Menes to Seti I himself.
Abydos temple was the most important religious center and site of pilgrimage in Egypt. Here can be found representations of the “Mysteries of Osiris” a ceremony which reproduced the death and resurrection of the God Osiris.
We’ll then have a free lunch time, after which we’ll make our way to Dendara.
The Dendara Temple is dedicated to the goddess Hathor and its construction, beginning in the reign of Nectanebo I, continued into the Roman period. Take your breakfast, and drive to Aswan about 3 hours trip by road, then start your day to the unfinished Obelisk, where you can see the ancient Egyptians techniques to cut the obelisks.

Transfer to Abu Simbel by Car then you start moving to the great temples of Abu Simbel, BUILT BY THE MIGHTIEST OF THE PHARAOHS, RAMSES II, with four massive colossi of himself adorning the façade, Abu Simbel is the most famous of the ancient Egyptian monuments after the Pyramids and the Sphinx.
