Your day will begin with our representative picking you up early in the morning from your hotel in a comfortable air-conditioned van. From there, you will be taken to the marina where you will board the boat and embark on an unforgettable experience.
Once on board, our tour guide will provide a brief overview of the boat’s facilities, the itinerary for the day, and important safety tips. The Tiran Island excursion typically lasts about 8 hours and includes stops at three different coral reef locations. The specific stops will be determined by the tour guide based on weather conditions. Some of the most popular spots include Jackson Reef, Thomas Reef, and Gordon Reef, which is near the sunken Yolia shipwreck that occurred in 1985.
During the excursion, you will have the opportunity to snorkel and dive under the guidance of experienced instructors and trainers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. A delicious barbecue lunch, along with fresh Egyptian salads, pasta, or rice, will be prepared for you on board the boat.

Tiran is a large crescent shaped island, located at the entrance of the Straits of Tiran, separating the Red Sea from the Gulf of Aqaba, which is more than 1,800 meters deep. To the east is an isolated lagoon with inviting crystal blue waters, with the most spectacular live corals one could ever dream of seeing, exclusive to the Gulf of Aqaba and attracting all kinds of marine inhabitants. These coral reefs are formed of four groups: Gordon reef, Jackson reef, Thomas reef and Woodhouse reef, which are separated by deep crevices. With these fascinating corals and intriguing marine life, Tiran is an ideal destination for boat trips of divers and snorkelers, not to mention its interesting historical relevance.

Started with an on time arrival at our location on the Corniche followed by an exceptionally well planned day seeing the highlights in Alexandria. Really knowledgeable about history and answered all our questions at the sites we visited and even sights we didn’t. He took us to places we would have never found in our own and shared very specific details from various scholars and archaeologists. Our Seafood lunch was very tasty and a nice time to relax. Comfortable vehicle and he always found good parking. I will be recommending Tarek to all my friends!
